**TRAVEL HOME ON MONDAY** PLEASE PLAN TO STAY THROUGH SUNDAY FOR THE FULL EXPERIENCE
The Ultimate "Man Cave"
We'll be staying at Twin Ponds Estate, nestled in the foothills of the Catskill Mountains, a stones throw from the Pocono Mountains, and sitting on 33 acres. The property is 6000 sq. ft with 13 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms, hot tub and sauna making it an ideal setting for our event. Be sure to bring your hiking and fishing gear, all of which can be done on the property. The pond is fully stocked! The second pond sits next to a large fire pit to enjoy the outdoors!
The main level floor has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, living room, dinning room, kitchen, and a LARGE Sunroom overlooking the pond. Head down to the pool room with the heated pool and hot tub overlooking the land and the pond. One side of the pool room has a sauna room along with bathrooms and changing room. The other side has a game room with slate pool table, a bar, card table, and an additional bathroom. The upper 2 levels have 11 additional bedrooms and 3 additional full bathrooms. There are a total of 7 queen beds, 3 full beds, and 6 twin beds.

The "Deets"
- This is an all-inclusive retreat and includes all meals, lodging, coaching, and Spartan race registration.
- Meals will be shared and prepared with love. Please let us know any dietary concerns you have so we can accommodate.
- Airfare or travel expenses to get to and from the retreat are NOT included. Transportation to and from the airport is provided so you don't have to rent a car (unless you really want to).
- You'll need to travel on September 28th and October 3rd to take full advantage of the 4 day retreat. Please don't travel on the retreat days.
- No refunds will be given for cancellations within 60 days of the retreat dates.
- We have both single and double occupancy rooms. We are staying in a large home with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms.
- This retreat is designed to be a safe, comfortable, fun space to work on yourself and push your limits. Positive attitudes only and no drama!
- A COVID vaccination is required to attend or proof of a negative COVID test within 3 days of the event.
